It's hard to find words that are brief and do justice to the truth of who "I" am, what I do, and why I do it, but I'll do my best.
Because of who I am, my brain, my knowledge and life experience, I love to problem solve. I see patterns everywhere, including the complex and abstract patterns of human behavior. I also think the purpose of life is to evolve and enjoy being alive.
Why coaching and hypnosis?
Collectively we need help—Depression, anxiety, stress, heart disease, diabetes, obesity... the list is nearly endless—and the only way to create change is to take responsibility and do something about it, like, now. Collective change starts on an individual level.
I want to help you shift from a place of survival to thriving, so you can enjoy the life you have to the fullest.
The Human Brain
Our brains are wired in ways that are well meaning, but don't always lead to getting what we truly want in life.
And in the worst case scenario... getting a whole lot of what we don't.
Does it feel like you know what you "should" be doing, but can't seem to do it consistently or at all?
Maybe you decided you are ready for change but don't know where to start or how to make it happen and stick?
